Week 1/26/15

Good morning! Here is this week's schedule! please note we have No Pound scheduled this week at TrueFit, so Sunday's class will be a Fitness class! 

So starting 2/2 we will start The Piyo Challenge.  I encourage you to get the DVD's the challenge is following the program for 60 days and we will start on Monday 2/2.
