Week 1/26/15

Good morning! Here is this week's schedule! please note we have No Pound scheduled this week at TrueFit, so Sunday's class will be a Fitness class! 

So starting 2/2 we will start The Piyo Challenge.  I encourage you to get the DVD's the challenge is following the program for 60 days and we will start on Monday 2/2.

Week 1/19/15

Good morning! here is this week's schedule! please remember there is no class this Saturday due to a Turbo Kick certification for new instructors.  

So my Piyo workout has suffered and I really don't want it to.  I need to get back to sticking with my personal workouts, but it is a struggle.  We all have our fitness struggles and getting back into my routine has been mine since last year.  So I am inviting you guys to join me! I need all the accountability.  Piyo is a great flexibility and strength workout, and we can all add this to our fitness. If you want to join me I can give you the info! 

Tonight's class is Zumba Toning and it's starts at 6:15pm! Come and try it, it's a great workout!

Here we go!

2nd week of the New Year! We are on a roll! Last week was a great start and I am so glad you all came back! :) I heard great comments about the updated space, I am really happy you guys appreciate it.   

Here is this week's schedule:




Last week I had to cancel the Pound class on Friday, because of lack of Mats.  I do plan to purchase some mats (in the near future) to have in case you forget your own, but please remember to bring your mats.  With the new floor it's a must.   

Also it's still 2 weeks away (but I want to make sure you all know) On Saturday the 24th there will be no class, as TrueFit is hosting a Turbo Kick certification for new instructors.   

Also we are having an official "Grand Opening"  it's going to be a sweat fest! Bring your friends and family all are welcome!

HAPPY 2015!

Welcome to 2015! are you ready? because I am :) so first things first, here is this week's schedule 



The holiday break was awesome, lots of work.  I didn't get to lounge as I would have like to do, but our studio has been updated! Our first class of the year was the special Zumba 90min Glow Party and that was pretty cool! we got to dance on our new floor and extended space :)  thank you so much for joining me!  

Today we start back up to normal, and I am so ready! The last 2 months I have been out of control with my eating.  If truth be told 2014 was an out of whack year for me in terms of eating.  It was a real roller coster.  So my goal for 2015 is to get back on track with my normal eating habits. Healthy and "live a little" on Sunday's...I know I can handle.  The motto is not go on a diet, but maintain a healthy eating habits.  I am doing a 3 day refresher  as a jump start and on Thursday I start my own Challenge workout PiYo.  So if you want to add something to your group fitness workouts, ask me! :)
