Week Schedule 11.28.16

Good morning!

Hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving break! and thank you for braving the cold and the rain for coming out on Saturday morning and dancing with me for 90min.  

Here is this week's schedule:













Let's continue to fight that Holiday bloat by committing to sweating 5-6 a week from now until New Years :) 

I also wanted to let you know that Charito and myself will be holding a special 90min zumba on Saturday 12/10 (10am) at Crunch San Lorenzo for Toys for Tots! open to the everyone just bring an unwrapped toy :) more details to come! 

Here is some fun from our mannequin challenge :) 



Charito and I are going to try and do this at Crunch on Wednesday night :)
