UPDATED SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY 9/16

Hi guys! I wanted to update the schedule for this week! Friday class will be cancelled.  If you can, you can join me at @charito's class at Crunch San Lorenzo (177 lewelling Blvd, san lorenzo) and you can be Charito's guest.   The class starts at 6pm! I will still be holding class on Saturday morning at 8am :)
