Week of 10.3.16

Good morning! 
Hope you all had a great weekend!  Thank you for joining me this Saturday at our Lady of Rosary! and a big thank you to our guest instructor Amy Chang 

Here is this week's schedule:

Please note there is no Friday classes - I will be going to a jam session with Jhon Gonzales.  If you haven't had a chance to dance with him, he will be having a master class on Sunday at Concord 

In my personal journey there are 2 concepts I am trying to embrace and that is finding balance with my eating and my personal workouts...I hope you are too :)

Week of 9.26.16

Good morning!
Happy Monday! I am excited to start this new week!.  Last week was a good week for me I was able to stick with my plan during the week, and then in the weekend I was able to splurge and not feel guilty.

Talking about October here is the schedule for October.  Please note that there are 2 days cancelled Friday 10/7 and the 8am 10/29 Saturday class:

Happy Monday - hope you all had a great weekend! I had lots of fun :)

Here is this week's schedule:

It is full week this week.  I have a new round of Insanity for you as well as Cize! so come and check it out! 

Last Thursday we had a great time with you guys in the Mexican Fiesta class! it was super awesome :) 

Thank you all for coming! and to those who were there in spirit, although you tried your best but sometimes the traffic gods are just plain jokers.

This Sunday I also attended a jam session with Meli, so I have 5 new songs :) and still have a few to bring from Efren's jam last week, so need to plan! 

Don't forget next Sunday I am going to Meli's MC to celebrate her birthday, if you haven't had a chance to take her class take advantage of it! she is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
