Tomorrow we will be learning a new round of Cize, we shall go slow ;) Also, Thursday, we will have a 25min Cardio Sculpt before the 90min Zumba class! since it's 25min this class will be free, so if you have been meaning to try it, this week is your chance!

The "After Party" will continue at Crunch on Saturday at 10am with most of Crunch Zumba instructors, we will be missing some, but still super fun ;)
