Hope you were able to have a 3 day weekend. My weekend was spent in Master Classes and Jam sessions! one of my favorite ways to spend my time is dancing and learning from some of the best jammers.
Here is this week's schedule:
You will notice that the Cardio Sculpt class is only 30min this week. I am doing a special class at 5pm, so I won't arrive at TrueFit at 6pm. I was planning of maybe just canceling the 6pm class but I figure having 30min is good, and since its only 30min I will be offering this class for free.
So going back to my amazing weekend, I have revamped our zumba playlist..and I am so in love with it, that I don't know what song I need to cut, so just as FYI - we run 5minutes over so we shall see how it plays out :) see you guys tonight!
