Good morning! Well today I am updating this week's schedule from home! yay! Lot's to do around the house, BUT I am glad I don't get to drive to Berkeley this morning :)
This week's schedule is really short. We only have classes 2 days, and then we are closed until 1/2/15 when we will have our Zumba Glow Party.
So Schedule is:
Monday - 6:15pm Zumba Toning
Tuesday - 7:15pm Zumba

Good morning! Just wanted to give you guys an update. TONIGHT WE DO HAVE CLASS AT 6:15PM - INSANITY BEG. LEVEL, TOMORROW'S ZUMBA TONING AND ZUMBA CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE STORM - EVENING TRAFFIC WILL BE A MESS. SO DRIVE SAFELY! IF I Don't see you tonight I hope to Zumba with you on Saturday morning!

Happy Monday!
Here is this week's schedule. Once again I must cancel the Friday Class, It's my company's Holiday party :) which means I will have lots to burn on Saturday morning!

Also please remember our first class of the year in 2015 will be Friday 1/2/15! Special 90min class $10 Drop in Fee or if you bring a small dish/snacks to share with the group the drop in fee is $5 ;)

Here is this week's Schedule! Note there is no class this Friday and that we have Zumba on Sunday! (YAY!!!)
Also I wanted to let you guys know that TrueFit will be closed from 12/24 to 1/1/15 (no classes during those days) The first class of the year will be on Friday 1/2/14 at 6pm! and it will be a 90min class - and its going to be a Zumba Glow Party!!! so wear clothes that glow :) $10 drop in fee. Please note we will have an after party snacks will be provided so if you plan to come please sign up so I can get a head count.
I am looking forward to continue our Fitness journey together :)
