I could not workout for 5 weeks and that's when I lost 10lbs not working out at all, just having my Shakeology. I guess My body needed the time to recover and it released some extra weight. Overtraining was a problem for me. This week I'm taking it slow, letting my body recover. The cool thing is that when you do so your endurance is up and you are more flexible well for me because I was doing alot of stretching to heal faster.
